Product-specific requirements will appear with each NBDesigner configuration. The principles below apply across the range.
What file format should I supply?
A high-resolution print-ready PDF is normally preferred. Product-specific dimensions, bleed and safe-area instructions will be shown on the relevant page.
What resolution should photographs be?
Use the original, highest-resolution photographs available. Images intended for print should normally be prepared at 300dpi at the size they will be used.
When does production begin?
Production begins when the artwork and required product options are confirmed. Specialist finishes may require additional production time.
Can you design the artwork?
Yes. Free human design is available on every product with no upfront payment. You can also upload completed artwork or use the online designer.
Can I get help before ordering?
