We are a UK trade print supplier for funeral-sector businesses. We do not sell to the general public through this site.

2. Data we collect
We may collect:
- Account and contact data: name, job title, business name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses, trade account details.
- Order and artwork data: product choices, specifications, artwork files, photos and wording you send for design or print, order history, payment and invoice records.
- Support data: messages you send by email, form or chat, and our replies.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source, and similar logs.
- Marketing preferences: whether you asked for sample packs, offers or updates.
If you send family or memorial content (photos, names, dates, wording), we process that only to provide the print or design service you asked for.
